Who created the famous Cheap Trick logo?
Ken Adamany's typist?
Christopher Crowe...

Robin has mentioned that a few times, and talked about him @ TF3.
I once heard that Tom had designed it, but I've heard the Christopher Crowe story a few times now, so I guess that's the correct answer.

Ian
Tom gets the credit because he had to explain it to KA. KA thought it was pick out of these choices...at least that is the story on FTTY.

Goes to show, KA was never the sharpest tool in the rock & roll shed.
Christopher Crow has my vote.
Whoever did it created one of the most recognizable rock logos in the history of music.

Right up there with the Rolling Stones logo.

Al Gore could not be reached for comment .
As you know they are making a new Miami Vice movie. So they have been playing the old Miami Vice's on the Sleuth channel and they are going to play some on NBC too. Anyhoo... I just happened to be watching one of the old Miami Vice episodes and it said "Directed by Christopher Crowe". Crowe also had a tv series called The Watcher in 1995 and guess who appeared on that series?

The guess who was a band from back in the 70's , right ? :p
The Guess Who did not appear in The Watcher, but they did appear in three GREAT movies of the past decade or so... American Beauty, Austin Powers 2, and Almost Famous. Almost Famous was written and directed by Cameron Crowe, so, guess who's on first and what's on second. Third base!
Yeah, I have a dvd-r with that episode of the watcher. It's fun to watch the guys almost anytime, but if all the episodes are that terrible.........*UGH!!*

Makes me want to see Rick's cameo again in 'The Disorderlies.' Big Grin
