Good show tonight from the guys.  They played a couple I've never heard live:   "Can't Hold On"!   I thought it was great but the crowd didn't know it..so, not a huge crowd reaction.    Some really good guitar playing by Rick on that one.   "Nowhere" was kind of disjointed and it never really came together.   I don't know if this was the first time they've played it live or not.

After the song, Rick said something to the effect of:  "We only made one mistake on that one...   we played it"!   LOL!   He still has that self deprecating humor.   I have to give them credit.. they played some obscure songs that a crowd of folks that probably only knew the hits by Foreigner wouldn't know.   Regardless, they played the big songs at the end; although, no "Goodnight" after "Auf Wiedersehen"

Foreigner (or the successors to Foreigner) were good.  Great players.   No signs of Mick Jones.  I thought I had heard he was playing with them.  The crowd didn't seem to know or care that no one playing was actually in the band in their heyday.   Considering though... I thought they did a good job.

Still, I'd rather see CT in a smaller place vs. the big amphitheaters.   I love them but just think they're better in a smaller venue.  Not quite sure why that is.  Maybe it's their quirkiness doesn't always translate to the masses...   Anyway, that's a discussion for another day.    Just glad I can still see them all these years later.
