Has anyone else done business with this company? I purchased the 449.00 package and have yet to receive a confirmation other than the initial one. I've tried phoning and emailing with no replies.

I bought quite a few things in the online store a few weeks ago and it all went smoothly,in fact I was astonished at how quick I received them in the UK.

Cool, I'll take a valium and relax. I'm just used to getting an email sent to me confirming the transaction took place.
The saga continues as I haven't received a email to get my download of the cd. 8 calls in and 4 emails sent.
We forwarded this thread to our contacts - have you received a reply, rehrauer99?

The autographed packages state that they won't ship until the 18th, but we realize you're looking for your download code.

No I haven't received anything. It's a bit frustrating when you drop 449.00 and the customer service is non existent

Exactly! You would think management would do some investigating before they hire them to sell merchandise for the band. I gave up on voicemails as I was leaving at least one per day and emails were just as high in the numbers.
If your referring to the band signed silkscreen posters I would be inclined to contact http:www/lalalandprints.com they had 100 of these prints unframed at $75 each (now sold out) I don't know what or if there is a connection with the "band merchant" but I personally would contact them. Or contact Kii Arens same web sight.

I have you received anything yet? I still haven't
I finally received my package on 5/25. Everything intact except the signed cd cover was shredded.
