I was honored to have Tom Petersson as my guest on THE VINYL LUNCH on ACME Radio, 2/18/16. Tom and his wife Alison talked about their foundation "Rock Your Speech" to kick off the show and then Tom and I talked about some of his favorite records, CT and other topics. You can listen to the interview at this link: https://soundcloud.com/thibbs1/tom-peter...-tvl-21816

Thanks for the post, had a chance to listen today along with the Peter Guralnick interview. Already have his two Elvis books and will now keep an eye open for this one.
So in the interview Tom says that they never finished the re-recording of "In Color" and could see no reason to put it out. Rick has said in the past that they did end up finishing it and were looking to release it at some point or as a bonus disc on a future release. I know the bootleg of the sessions didn't have the overdubs on it yet but 'Hello There' was finished at some point because it's the completed Albini version (with overdubs) used in Rock Band.

Anyone know more about this that I don't know or have forgotten?
